The Meadow House is an absolutely beautifully appointed, BRAND NEW 1900 sf home just steps from downtown Jacksonport and easy access to beautiful sand beach on Lake Michigan.

Meadow House is available to host guests from May 1st to October 31st and the following "prime time" minimum night stays are still available!

Sunday June 16 - Sunday June 23 - 7 Night Minimum
Sunday June 23 - Weds June 26 - 3 Night Minimum
Sunday July 7 - Saturday July 13 - 6 Night Minimum
Sunday Aug 11 - Sunday Aug 18 - 7 Night Minimum

The remaining dates in spring and fall require a 4 nite minimum stay.

*The open floor plan kitchen/dining room/living area is spacious and bright -comfortably accommodating dining for 8 and providing everything you need for preparing and serving meals.

*The living room offers a 55" Smart TV and is a welcoming gathering space for guests.

*Outdoors there is much to enjoy on the private wooded property. The Meadow House has a patio for outdoor dining and visiting, and the property offers a fire pit and seating for bonfires and s'mores with firewood provided.

*The Meadow House is just a few minutes walk to downtown Jacksonport where you can enjoy sun, swimming and fun on Lake Michigan via Lakeside Park.

*Lunch or dinner is available at Island Fever or Mikes Port Pub; fantastic bake goods at Town Hall Bakery or a great custom coffee and/or small bites and a cocktail on Thursdays and Fridays at "Lil Bit of Coffee".

*Bley's Store has groceries and meats and a bit of everything else you could possibly need! Kayaks, paddle boards and bikes are available in town for rent by the hour or by the day.

Guest agreement must be accepted by an adult over the age of 30.

Designated nightly and weekly rates do not include 13.5% state and county tax, housekeeping/linens fee and VRBO booking fees should you make your reservation on the VRBO platform - We do not receive any portion of the VRBO booking fees.

Cancellation Policy
Guests will receive refund less $200 if you cancel 45 days prior to check in date. Inside of 45 days no refund UNLESS we can book the dates. Then you woul receive refund less $200. We really try to work with our guests. We offer 2 levels of optional trip insurance should you have concerns about circumstances that would require a late notice cancellation.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $200.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 45 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 45 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
